The total Unanswered posts have risen to 581 topics....
I would suggest that, all of us can come together and answer to the posts as early as possible..
Specially if it is from the students, or somebody is asking for help / suggestions...
I believe that if the answer to a query is received quickly, the new members would be motivated to come again and again and become active members of the group...

If you could create one more counter on the dashboard, specially for the topics seeking some answers or having some queries...

dear ajmal,
hw can we reply to each & every post.....itz impossible...what we can do is to request all the memeberz to delete their unanswerd posts.... or create a miscelanious forum for them... so that we see all of them at one place...

hi people,
i think instead of that if there is no reply it can be given different sign of icon and in the seprate box it can show that messages... since it is not only in queries and question it is answered.. if there is any suggestion and dicusion question answer evn that some time get unseen...
or may be each topic can be taken incharge by some specific ppl who are dedicated and they have to handle that topic and try to see that replies are reached proply... but this can help even CHR since he is also busy...
i think this can help what you people think about it

i totally agree with all of you lets take our own intiative to answer these unanswered posts...as best as we can...and perhaps the most experienced profeesionals can be more active in it...(more points can be given to good replies for unanswered posts...)
but its not something that can be done by only one person...all of us have to contribute...

Till the time that CHR is able to find time of changing some dashboard settings for the unanswered queries.... I would request you all the contribute..
The main aim of this site is to help the HR people.... If we can contribute some thing to it... it would be worth while...

cant there be some method where ppl can send a reminder of unanswered posts.
as in if my post is not answered..or come to a standstill...for more thn 7 days.. can i do **something..
this wld help us get the priorties right on the unanswered 566(came down freom 591...thts a start) posts

Till then we all can fish from the unanswered posts, the unanswered queries and give replies to it... As we cannot expect the new members to be conversant enough with the posting system..
