Dear All. I have my CTC (Cost to comapny) amount, i need to calculate my basic, HRA, gross, net pay & other details. pls exp the calculation

Hi,
Basic = 40% of CTC
PF= 12% of Basic *2 (Your & Company Share)
HRA = 50% of CTC (if residing in 4 metros else 40% if residing in other next to metro cities)
Medical = Max of 1250 pm
Food Coupons = Max of 3500 pm varies according to companies
Conveyance = 700 max pm non taxable even without bills
rest all amount is taxable after this.
