I am a student pursuing MBA in PM & HRD. From Sept 1, 2009, I need to do a project in an IT company as a part of internship. The topic given to me is "HR DIPSTICK STUDY".
I am at a fix as i dont know what a dip stick study is all about. Any one of the members who know about it/ have done a dip stick study, please apprise my knowledge & suggest me some books that i can study to do my project successfully.
