1. We wish to have your opinion on hiring workers on contract for 9 months and then completely replacing them. Every 9 months workers shall get replaced by new workers by the same contractor. Contractor shall not change. Also this shall be done for new workers who shall join, there are other workers in the same contract working from starting. We shall not replace them. Pls. let us know legal implications of the same & the feasibility of the implementing this system.
2. Please also give your opinion for giving a part of ongoing manufacturing process for piece rate –job work to contractor.
