Hi,
I am a new member and i've gone through the articles.. they are very helpful and very informative. I need some advise from HR guru's. I work for s/w company
We had appraisal for the last year and few of your resources working with our head office in US were not happy with the raise...They have come up with a problem as to how we have evaluated them and against what parameters?. We do not have a role skill defination for our US employees .. but we it for all employees working in Hyd.We have documented their performance for last year but we do not have a standard/goals against which we can measures their performances... Can any one help me in setting satandard/goals for our employees ....
Standards / Goals – the standards set should be clear, easy to understand, achievable, motivating, time bound
and measurable...
Please help me...

Could you post a position description - it is easier to set goals or standards by working directly from the position description.
