Hi,
It depends on your new company HR policy. But in common your new employer will insist for your last drwan salary certificate and your relieving letter copy. You may even asked to produce the originals. Many companies even do not give the offer letter, they directly issue the appointment order.

Hi,
More than a offer letter if Appopintment letter is given , they will require a copy of the same if any of the component is not relfecting in the payslip. Mostly the salary verification is done from payslip to verify the current salary you have stated.

Hi
Normally you have to provide appointment letter, pay slip and relieving letter, offer letter is not that important and some companies now a days asking for For 16 issued by the employer for the last financial year. Even Copy is OK, most of the companies in their job application form they are ensuring a declaration from the applicant and beneath that the applicant is signing, the gist of the declaration is that whatever the information is provided by you is true to the best of your knowledge and not given any false information and in the appointment letter all are ensuring a clause that the information provided by you founds false the mananagement is having every right to terminate the services hence what ever information and documents provided by the applicant should be genuine, in this context even it is a copy also management is having every right to initiate action.
Mostly companies are doing the back ground check and on completion and correctness of the check only every employee is recruiting.
The applicants should be very careful and cautious in the above circumstances while providing the documents and information.

Hi....
Now a days corporates are asking for the Wage slip. Thats more than enough. If they are asking for Original copy of Appointment order copy for verification. You can bring and show them the original and in the J.F you can give them your photo copy of your Appointment letter.

Dear Alamu,
First, they will issue OFFER LETTER before joining. Later once joined, employer will issue APPOINTMENT LETTER.
It depends from company to company, normally company will ask for photocopy of the offer / appointment letter. If the employer feels that the letter is fake, then they may ask for the original.

The photo copy must be having the mananger’s signature on it and you must have also signed the same, in this case the photocopy is authentic to show in a organization
