I need your help on HR Policies followed for top 100 companies.
I have got the task to match our policies with the top 100 IT companies and analyze the gap.
So my first task it to find out the list of Hr Policies adopted by these companies.
Please help me in this regards.
Following are the policies which we have till now.
Now I want to know are there any more policies in terms or different HR functions.
It would be great if i can get some Hr Policies of IBM, DELL, INTEL, etc..
Please help me to the earliest.
