regarding your gail placement paper,i thing they will manage the paper with the source from hrm,organisational behavior,industrial relation, labor laws and some part from marketing.
i have download the matter of hrm(vsp rao),marketing(kotler).
from the general awareness area i got help from examjunction.blogspot.com.
at this website,you can get all the general awareness study material,which was asked from the past placement paper,also can get present study material.
i want to ask you is there be quantitative,reasoning section in the forthcoming exam ?

difficult and more deep question will be from IR/Labour law..
about general awareness I don't know much......
