I would like to have details of Casual Leave, Sick Leave and Privilege Leave for factory employees of factories having less than 20 workers in Tamilnadu.

if you search the site you will get all answers ,it has been discussed several times.
for casual and sick leave ,you can make your own policy and generally big factories
get it certify through standing orders.privilege leave is given as per factories act which is 1 day leave for 20 day working.
generally factory gives 7 days casual leave and 10 days sick leave (for those who are not covered under ESI)
