Yes Dada, quite right.
This is the third time in the last 10 days that we have seen the same ppt by different TITLE and different POST-ERS.
What a waste of time and energy !!!
I am sick of such PLAGIARISTS ????
Quite sHAMEFUL.
Miss Sneha Jasujja, could you tell us from where you got this ppt ?
or perhaps you made it yourself, (like your other friends) ??????

I think the best thing is, the moment you see a good ppt and find that the post=er has not acknowledged the source, best to ask, "Kahan se maara ?"
Its really painful to see people merrily stealing from others and displaying their theft to the whole world.

Execellent ppt. thanks a ton for sharing this. This is a real life scenario everywhere, specially during recession, where only managers are safe (i dont deny the fact that they r required). But organisations need to realise that the manager doesnt complete his/her set of objectives without his team striving for it! And most importantly for being a lion you need to have ants around you! :)

Hi Raj kumar,
I think 2-3 persons have replied that this ppt is posted by someother persons also. But I havent seen it or might be missed to have a look on it So thought to share it with all members. Might be earlier its not noticed by some members due to different tittles.
If you think its waste of time, even I thank you that you have bother yourself to reply on the thread.
And dear my HR contact are too huge & am keep getting good HR material from them & posting on cite as gets time. I think very rare or few persons who are posting materials would be preparing it by thier self.
We never claim that the material is created by ourself but we are here to share good things with other CiteHR Members.
Sometimes if any member miss any posting, they can take benefit from repeat posting. So Dont mind for repeat postings.

Dear Raj,
You have a bad taste and are not at all appreciative you have no right to be mean and sarcastic. This is an open forum and everyone can send whatsoever post they want to.
Its a really very good mail Sneha and keep it up. Keep on sending a mail even if the same is coming for 1000 times. As far as I am concerned I am reading this email for the first time and there is a lesson to be learnt which people like Raj Kumar Hansdah do not understand.

Hi Amit,
Its a very motivating thought that you just mentioned that why did the ant reduce the productivity. You are right in saying that thrs smthing to learn from every situation. But I disagree to some extent on this; why should we always blame the subordinate or the team or for this case the ant! I guess all people are humans and when humiliated (be it work persay or anything that worries you at work) you cannot continue with the same momentum, but yes we need to strive to do our best in every situation coz ultimately its our career at stake the lion might find another ant in your place!! :) cheers
Its said that people dont quit becoz any organisation is bad, they quit coz the boss is bad! (bad doesnt mean someone who gives you loads of work, its someone who you cant look upto!)
