I am doing employee satisfaction survey as my project work.i have attached the questionaire and coded results per employee in excel sheet but i dont know how to procede further and do analysis of questionaire coded data in excel sheet making comparitive study and making graphs and charts..

Hello Rupali,
You have not attached the Excel sheet. Please attach it and let me take a look. If you have access to SPSS, it would be better. How many responses have you received. You should have colected responses from at least twice the number of people as the number of questions you are asking for certain statistical tests.

Dear Rupali,
You can evaluate by the code total of the each employee. According to your marking (Since your questions are 30) the employees who got up to 60 marks are Not satisfied, 61 to 90 are Neutal and potential to be satisfied after some efforts, 91 to 120 are Satisfied and 121 to 150 are Strongly Satisfied.
Just you have to do the total of your empolyees' markings and you will find the results.
