I am looking for help in creating performance appraisal system for a small company (10 employees). References available is mostly applies to bigger companies. Can anyone help me out in this?

you should choose app. method as per your org. requirement. Mostly small co. (less than 30 emp.) have tradtional appraisel process in which app. is done by boss. You should try a new apporach (MBO,PMS,360 Degree)so that it help org. in long run.
