how to retain younger people.
how to keep old employees in organisation means how to retrain and redeployed them.
main issue is culture issue.

the main issue or problem faced by the IT industry in india retaining the young employee, specially after training them , due to lack to talent in india, getting jobs with better pay package and perks is not difficult, today an new young employee spents maximum 1 yr in a company, this increases the cost of the organization.
