Dear All,
I am handling HR issues at a urban co-op bank,
We had an instance of misapplication of powers by a senoir branch manager, a Memo as prilimnary step, Show cause notice and chargesheet is issued. The charges have been admitted in reply to the notices served on him, however, a domestic enquiry was conducted as a procedure. I am required to prepare a report of the findings of the enquiry.
I would be glad if anybody could anyone help me on the same,
