I am a 1st year management student aspiring to pursue a career in HR.
I would be obliged if you'l could help me clarify certain doubts like is it true that a management trainee can expect only recruitment job profile for summers??
And even after the completion of MBA in HR one can again expect the same job profile only to start with? I am keen on finance management module in HR. Is a person with a dual specialisation in HR and Finance given a preference for such a role?? As our institute does not offer a dual specialisation.
What is the growth prospect like in the field of HR in terms of different roles that can be offered to an aspirant.
