hi, can u explain regarding final settlement is calculated ,when PLI includes in the CTC. how do we calculate leave enchament and salary for no.of days. Regards likki

PLI is normally given to the left employees for that period for which he has worked with the company.
For calculation of FFS leave encashment, always calculate on the basis of 30 days, irrespective of 30 or 31 days in that month.

why salary for leave encashment is divded by 30 ?have you studied somewhere or telling with your experience.
salary for leave encashment will always to be divided by 26 because one day salary you get by dividing monthly salary by 26.
