joined the forum few days back and its indeed a great a learning experience because of you all.
my problem is i need to prepare an induction mannual and induction plan for new joinees in our organisation. need your inputs for the same. else than that i want to design an one month OJT plan for newly joined Operators. i want guideline on how to start with. and what will be the effective procedure to record the same.
