How do difference in international Human Resources management Strategies affect the relative importance of each of the Human Resources Domains?
From India, Pune
Gentleman,
There is no international HR exist as such....although the labour legislations and business practices in different countries establish different HR practices as benchmark practices which may be local as well as global in application.
For examle USA,Canada,Australia and Gulf countries benchmark level are same.
African benchmark is sligntly different from company to company within African continent.
In Europe, Business is governed by Europian Union Employment laws and their implication decides what and how they practice HR in europe that is also divided into East Europe and West Europe because its transition to Europian Union.

From India, Mumbai
Gentleman,
You have to then complete Advance Studies in migrating country or you have to get your certification approved by the asspciation of professionals in migrating counrty as equivelant qualification. Specially when I applied for Australia and Canada immigration there is provision we have to pay fees arround 1500 USD to 2500US$ depends on association who validate. Then this qualification shall be listed in the "Skills Shortages" for become employable in that country otherwise you cannot get "work Permit" to work.
I think this information is comprehensive.
