Dear All,I was working with an organisation past two years before I got a lucrative offer from a new company...I accepted their offer and were supposed to join after 15days.....after acceptance..I resigned my previous orgaisation....now when I went to new company on scheduled joining date...they refused to give me joining and said they have hired somebody else for the same position. Now I am nowhere to go from here. I am jobless...please suggest me what can I do ? What legal action can I take against this company..pls help me..it's very urgent.
