Hi everyone,
We own a famous chinese resturant in Delhi. Can anyone help me with an appraisal form for my staff. Something which asks them to appraise themselves on various parameters based on their work and also checks with them, what extra training they think would enhance their capabilities.
The appraisal form should then be assessed by the Senior Captain and lastly by the Manager.
Does anyone have such a sample appraisal form
