Some wise person said and I totally agree that, "Exit Interviews are like discussing marriage after divorce!"
There is no point in beating the "Lakeer" after the "Saanp" has gone. :)
Instead, it would make more sense if we conduct "Stay Interviews" and periodic "Employee Satisfaction Surveys". The findings from such initiatives will give more time and opportunity for HR executives to stregthen the systems and policies and make them more employee-friendly rather than doing the 'fire-fighting' after the employee has left.
