Most welcome. We are a group of people who are into Human Resource Management and Training profession at different levels.
Gathering is not based on Training presentations. Neither it is compulsory. Those members who feel they have something to share with fellow members volunteer for the subject / topic and present it in their own way of comfortable delivery.
Some prefer sterotype PPT based delivery, some would prefer to have an interactive discussion oriented session. Most of us are silent obervers with providing inputs as and when required.
