This is Praveen, i have recently join the s/w company(strength 15-30 employees) who is newly establised, i need to setup the HR functions & policy here pls provide the guidence on settingup PF & ESI and other legal rules & regulation which is important to a s/w company.

it is very difficult to discuss all rules and regulance here ,however if you have any specifice problem than you can discuss.
regarding ESI- you have to take number as you have requisite number of employees.
PF code will be required when your strength will reach to 20 on any day.
