We send our employees onsite and, I have to formulate policy for Onsite Employees (Out of India on deputation).
Please give me the format of the onsite policy.
If anyone of you have the ready policy please forward the same.
Could you also specify the contents or areas to be covered under such a policy.

Onsite Policy: 50% of an employee CTC or 15000 whichever is lesser
For Example,
Mr. A's CTC is 25000 and were on duty (outside India) for 15 days
Now the calculation is as follows
=12500 / 30 * 15
* 12500 (50% of CTC)
* 30 (1 month approx. days)
* 15 (On duty days)
Above is the sample. See the paying capacity of your company and make decision on % .
