i m doing my summer internship in HR in essar steel ltd. i have taken the project as performance management system. i have got d overall view of the PMS carried on the co. but need some suggestions on how to make a good project out of it as d information i got is limited in nature. please recommend some wats on how 2 go abt making d project as dere is very less time left wid me.

no my project is not in any survey format. its jus going to be a study on the PMS of essar steel ltd, its analysis and gve recommendations at d end. dats y i m a little confused abt how 2 go abt making a gud project wid not much matter 2 involve. if u can den plz help on dis. i hve got d overall processes involved in d pms of d co. and d format of all types of forms applicable in it. so can u suggest sum ways 2 make a project out of dis.
