I have worked for over a period of more than two years with the company. Left the co with out serving the notice period of three months that was agreed up on. There after i request for the cancellation of PF , they have send me the cancellation form. I completed the formalities and later They informed that the PF will not be reimburesed since the notice period is not served. Is there any option for me to get it reimbursed. I wrote the company about my requirements and they were not reverted back. Kindly advise me on what has to be done for getting my PF reimbursed.

dear getting of PF is not reimbrusment.this amount is deposited with government for which you have to fill up form,if company is not signing your form u can deposit these form to PF dept ,write a letter with form that your employer is not signing and harrasing you. j s malik

Dear Abhilash, PF is a separte entity which is deduction from your salary so u are entitled for PF. You can fillup the form i'e Form -19 and 10 C and submit to your company. and get it authorised signature on PF form. If it is not agreed company end then you can fill up the PF form and directly deposit to PF dept, and also write a letter to RPFC about your case.

Thanks for the quick response. I was based at kollamKerala) when i was working the company. Currently I am placed at Trivandrum(Kerala). Is it possible for me to lodge the complient at PF office, Trivandrum though I worked at kollam.

i have approached the PF office for my withdrawal. they said it can be forwarded if can provide the HDFC SLIC enrollment numer with PF office. Kindly give a clarification
