Hi Seniors,
I would like to draw sincere attention of Seniors/Board Moderators towards this concern. Too often we find that members keep on posting same presentations on this site adding to duplicate posts & then the readers keep on adding "thankyou","couldn't download" "send me on my mail id" etc. & on.
It's ok if someone is in need & the document is attached for reference for his help but is it right that person A add any file to citehr & after 3 days in another post ,person B also upload the same & start receiving thanks & appreciation.
All this merley make this bulky with duplicate folders & might also effect server.
I don't know much about it but would like to know other's opinion & can the Board Moderators bring out any effective solution to this.

i understand but why r u screaming?
keep ur calm. i think if somebody wants help which he requires desperatly and he get it by hook or crookthere is nothing wrong. It is not about thanks & appreciation.
u should take it in a lighter way that however helping hand was not yours but ultimatly somewhere u are also helping him/her by ur membership becoz, if u were not here then who will upload that document.
I would suggest to not to worry about that. This world is full of copycats.
! m !! I admit. m not perfect. At times even i required it. so what!!
