Dear all,
we are a Mid sized software development company. we have 3 Project managers. we have issued laptops for them. Our management needs to have an laptop usage agreement form signed by HR and Project managers. Could any one help me out in creating agreement form for employees laptop usage and handling?

What is your management expectation. Are they expecting that the project manangers should use the Laptop in a proper way where in much of expenditure is incurred on repairs and maintenance / after 3 or 5 years they want to give it to the employee at nominal rate. Are they want that the employee should not carry the laptop out side the premises / to home or they want the company related information / data need not be captured in the laptop etc etc.
You can do one thing that obtain a receipt from all the project managers that they are in receipt of the laptop in good working condition. Will be using in a professional way, the repairs up to 500 Rs. will be borne by the employee. Will not be using for the purpose other than the company related. The responsibility lies with the employee returning to the management in good working condition at the time of leaving the organization, in the event of damaged / lost or whenever the management asks for failing which they shall be responsible to pay the amount which is assessed and communicated.
