Salary Reducing Letter


Hi !Can anyone provide me Draft Letter For Employee Salary Reducion ? In the current economy crisis, my company has decided to reduce the Basic Salary by 15 %.Also please let me know that can we legally reduce the Basic Salary of a Salary ?Thanx,Anurag

You need to communicate this to the employees... also let HR have a 1-on-1 with the person to inform the new reduced salary.
Then issue a salary restructuring letter and give one copy to the person and get one copy signed from the employee.
