Given to understand and experience the drift between Recruitment and HR, and evolution of Staffing as a key support function, the new age recruiting professionals, planning a career in the same, might need to have a holistic approach and skill encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Attrition Management.

Though each of these are different in concept and complex in approach, this is one sure way to give a compelling value proposition to the management and stake holders.

With more and more Indian companies acquiring small and medium scale firms across globe, the emphasis will now be on Talent Integration Specialists, who will work through cultures to retain and develop the global talent pool, inturn bringing efficiency to Talent Management as a function.

Integrating these sub-functions, though may not be easy, nevertheless these skills will need to be posessed by the Talent Management Professional (Today's Talent Acquirer), and within a year or two.
