How are you doing!!!
I am working with BPO We all are facing problem of recession.We would like to conduct a English test & aptitude test of existent employees & candidates also.
In English test i would like to share weather they are able to understand english properly or not. at least they can solve customer query or not.
In aptitude test i would like to give different situations.If this situation arise how will you solve customer query?If personal work or festival will be there you have to work at office.What will you do?We want dedicated person in our office.If anyone is having other ideas.they can share.
If anyone is having any this type of test.It will be great honor for me.

I suggest that the best thing which you can or should do is to create a test yourself, dont worry about the format and content, just put in whatever ideas you have and post it here for others to modify it and make it better. This way you will also learn a lot and the others can also get some good practice...
Only if you agree with me else someone or the other will certainly post something for you.
But do let me know in case you need my help in formatting any documents for you!

thanks for your prompt reply.i am preparing from my self also.I need your help also.
I will accumulate all.& i will prepare a one summery.because i am only the one person who is handling hr of 600 employees.cost cutting is there.i want to prepare qualitative test & any other better idea.We will get best CSR & other talented people for other dept.I would like to conduct for existent employees also.
We are into very tough situation.existent employees are not able to solve customer query properly.they are not well qualified.Few of them are doing Masters or becholers degree.Who are coming in night for pocket money.They are not focus on their work.whom we are terminating.
Then again issue we are not getting qualitative people.so Pl.give good suggestion with qualitative test.

besides following sumit's suggestion,let me add.First of all,develop passion to learn.Your ego should not hurt you if i say,that there are lot of mistakes in your posting itself.Ex, weather for "whether".there ar e many grammatical mistakes.I am only highlighting this not just to point out mistakes but only to improve.How will you leasrn if you dont know your mistakes.
Take easy grammer book and learn how to use verbs w.r.t nouns.How to use singular and plural and how to relate it subject nouns.For ex,you use ".........test OF EXISTENT EMPLOYEES' FOR "FOR EXISTING EMPLOYEES"
iT IS OK IF YOU HAVE DELIBERATELY DONE IT FOR FUN
