Hi , I am doing a summer training at One of the well known banks in mumbai. i am working on a project 'employee hand book'. this will include all the policies followed by the company. It will also have various procedures followed to avail facilities such as loans etc.
So can anyone suggest in me in what way i can make this manual interesting and user friendly.

Put is some management Cartoons, Jokes, Quotes by Employees.. some good [motivational] stories.
Though this are not conventional, but be creative and do something unconvential.
