Press ALT+F11 on Excel then goto Modules below on left and paste the notepad text attached here. Save, close and come back to excel. then in formula for cell type =ntow(cellreferance) [e.g. =ntow(A2) or = ntow(4168 ).
Thats it.

This is very good. I used to write a code using Hlookup, but this is more convenient Hats off.

Sorry, when using this ntow this command, these command only using particular Excel Sheet, When Open New Files, This Command Not Be Run, Pl suggest.

The script has to be in your modules to enable you to use ntow. The entire script is needed to function. ntow just triggers the script in the modules to make calculations for you and return the value in words. Hope its clear
