Hello,
Can I ask you one thing? The total no.of employees - total no.of employees left will be the total no.of present employees. Right? by deducting with total no.of present employees with this figure means - it will be one (1).
Please explain this.
Thanx

Annualised attrition % calculation will be like this:

((Total number of employees left (Apr-08 to feb-09) / average number of employees during the period (average of opening ie.1-Apr-08 and closing balance ie.31-Mar-09 ))*12 (months)/11 (months ie.Apr-08 to feb-09))
:p
