Dear Mr.Ahmed - Good Morning,
If you incorporate one clause in appointment lr itself takes care of the same. You need to design a SOP for the same. The clause in appointment lr may be like " during the period of your service with the company, you may be transferred to any of the office / centres / units / divisions/ departments/ sections of the company or its associate companies which are existing or becoming part of the company in India or abroad, protecting the compensation package and allowances drawing in the current location / assignment.
The Heads of the departments commitment / involvement / ownership is very important in these type of assignments hence better to call for a meeting, obtain their inputs / view points, prepare the minutes of meeting, get it signed by every participant, submit to the management for approval and implement.

Thanx This clause is already in our Appointment Letter but we ara working on Time Frame by which employee must be transferred to other location/ project or Offices.
this Policy is focusing on HR & Admin team not technical staff.
