For Women's day celebration..get together of all the female employees in the cafeteria or a conference room can be done. Event can be started by an Intro as below:
"International Women's Day is a tribute to the mothers, daughters, sisters, wives..such ordinary women as makers of history..the most fabulous astonishing women. so on this day we deserve more than just a day of appreciation. so gals lets celebrate women's day. we have come up with series of fun activities".
I) Mirror Image Game:
From all the girls, they can come up with their own pairs as this activity involves people in pairs with one person as Actor & the other one her Reflector or Mirror image. Reflector/ mirror image, will be imitating the actions and movements, of the actor.
Scenarios can be given to the pairs to choose & enact from they are as below:
1. Holi Khelo
2. Act as if you are a Leader of the Tribal community
3. Walking on the moon.
4. Cat fight
5. Act as if you were a Kid.
6. You are a working women managing home & work place.
7. You are a captain of the loosing cricket team
8. Being attacked by a shark
9. Act as a new born baby
II) Appreciation card:
A card or a certificate with women's day logo can be designed addressing each female & it can be passed on within the entire group & they can write all the positive things about that particular female employee...any adjectives or what they feel about her can be jotted down. This boosts their spirits & gives a sense of pride when they come to know how others feel abt her this can be done for all female employees; each will get a card with appreciations written by all other girls.
