To answer my questions:
Question no. 1: If a manager works overtime for an extra 8 hours, will they be eligible to take compensatory time off (C.OFF) or can it be forfeited by implementing C.OFF for the managerial category?
Question no. 2: Are there any administrative laws regarding the policy of encashing or lapsing earned leaves?
