dear
basically empoyer share of PF is 12 % out of which 8.33% deposited in pension and 3.67% deposited in PF.12% employee share goes to PF,so total share of PF is 15.67% and pension is 8.33%.
now if u leave organisation within 6 month than u will not get 8.33% ie pension amount.as u are leaving after 2 years of contribution u will get full share with intrest.

Dear Nikhil,
As per my knowledge, If your basic pay is more than 6500 /- p.m. So, employer can stop the PF deduction of employees & employer contribution.
For more information, please contact to any senior person, who is specialize in statutory compliance & labour laws.

If PF deduction is 780/- it means basic is 6500/-.
Employee contribution for PF = 780/-
Employer contribution for PF = 239/- (12% of salary for PF less 8.33% of pesionable salary)
Employer contribution for EPS = 541/-
Senior pls suggest if i am wrong.

PF Calculation = Basic Pay + DA = Rs.6500/- if it is more then this amount also the employer should follow the following formula =IF(A1>=6500,(780),IF(A1<=6500,A1x12%)) A1 indicates = Basic Pay + DA
