Hi Everybody.
I am yogita, working as HR assistant in a pvt. organisation. My boss is very agressive. She has lot of work pressure and i think due to this her nature and behaviour has become very rude. Its typical to understand her. She use to forget the work and never pay attention when i give her feedback. But after 2-3 weeks, she ask the same thing and blame me that i havent told her anything regarding the particular matter. Its regular case. She frequently changes her statement. And scold unnecessarily and sometimes put her mistakes on me. How should i treat her??? Can anybody tell what shaoul i do?????

Hi Yogita,
Yours is a very common situation. I 100% second Ravis suggestion of communicating via mails. This will atleast take care of the accusations put on you.
Also, I think one must always be confident when he/she is not wrong. Be prepared to confront your boss and tell her politely but sternly what you feel.
Try to make your boss accountable for her forgetfullness/calloussness for whatever reasons it is, by politely reminding her about it.

Hi Yogita I feel you should interact more with your boss so that she feels that you are caring for her and I think this may change her attitude and style of functioning :-P
