Dear All, I require some assistance in going ahead with tracking the Daily Report of Walk ins. Could any body help me with a new format of doing so? Regards, Tharankini

Dear Tharankini,
Good question.
Data without analytics has no relevance in today's scenario, unless you are able to convert those data using right metrics to derive insightful and valuable information to support business decisions for the top management. You can do all this by using EXCEL only.
Here is an example of - 5 Interviewing Metrics that Matter :-
#1 Metric — Screened Candidates to Face-to-Face Interviews
#2 Metric — Face-to-Face Candidates Interviewed to Offers Extended
#3 Metric — Offers Extended to Offers Accepted
#4 Metric — Reasons Offers are Being Accepted
#5 Metric — Reasons Offers are Being Rejected
Spend some time to analyze it. Hope you can do it.
