If somebody hides his experience for a certain period of time when actually he was employed and HR gets to know about it what action can be taken against him?
Please note that the employee quoted himself to be unemployed during that period and he removed this experience because it has nothing to do with his current profile.
Pls suggest.

DEAR,

My friend Ravi is absolutely right. Don't bother about this because this world you cannot do anything good for others at least you don't do any harm to someone who is employed and doing well.
What Governments and Bankers are doing to fake Bankrupt businessmans or corrupt bureaucrotes- Nothing its order of the day.
You cannot punish people for small things for bread winner of his family and who struggle for survivals. Ifyou cannot punish those money rich people who eat public money and smart enough to stand taller than honest people.

Almost all businessman are holding bankers lones over 100, 200, 250,500, 700, 800 crores and living lavish lifestyle because they amashed so much wealth No Government or Court of law or Banker can book them and bring them to the justice.

We HR people are small people.

We have to protect poor employees and as far as possible protect them from being unemployed. Love people and take care of them and protect them from hyprocratic Indian corporate and businessman lobbists....

The Responses are amusing and unprofessional. HR should not take concealment of Employment Experience leniently. B.S.Ravi

Guys,
The issue is not covering up his earlier employment but the intention not inform about it. Investigate and take corrective actions as per your company policy. If you do not complete the process and close this, there will be other's who will do it and it will hit your company culture as a whole. Not an advisable thing to ignore.

Hi Shail,
This issue of employment concealment is not a small issue I must say.
There have been incidents where the HR had chosen to ignore this fact and had to pay a high price in terms of 'integrity' with the particular employee.
The person may have an absolute different responsibility but experience is experience, at the end of the day and must be mentioned in the resume.
So I would request you to advance carefully on these issues.
HOpe this helps.

Dear Shail,
Is their malafide intentions in hiding the expn. which has influenced his hiring process? Or he just felt unnecessary to mention irrelevant expn.out of ignorance of consequences? Pl.treat the case with humanistic approach & not with bureaucratic mind set.Give him benefit of doubt along with peace of mind & counsel.
Hope you will appreciate this.

Are You Running Such Private Company To Quote And Promote This Business.
Not A Good Idea. I Don't Mind Continuing With Employee Who Is Worth And Proved Asset To My Company Because You Cannot Find Talented People With Long Employment History.
Successful Employees Always Venture And Advaenturers, They Excel And Take Risk In Life To Progress And They Exhibits Their Excellence. In Th Process They Some Time Fail Also But Continuation Of Employment Is Bureocratic Requirement Nothing Else.
