Hello All,
I've been reading, writing and experimenting on Leadership and Motivation. I started to register my thoughts, experiments, experiences and results @ www.anbusivam.com since more than an year now.
I am just wondering how big and how organised is the leadership/motivational industry in India. Apart from few like Shiv Kera, I am not seeing any famous personal coaches doing leadership/motivational workshops across the nation. I would think of Dr.Kalam as one who has done some great work in lifting the sprits of the Indian Youth but from a different platform.
Regards,
Siva

Thanks Saurabh, for being interested in my approach and plans for the future. I am into couple of things that will help me better understand myself first and then the human dynamics. I am doing a study on Motivational analysis mainly about "Why people do what they do...?"
Its indeed nice to know that you've chosen it as your career prospect. Would you like to share with me what are your ways for this chosen career.

As you might have seen i dont have much of qualifications
or experience as of yet
as soon as i'm done with MBA i'll be joining in as an HR Man
and would be working for around 5 years or so to get all
the contacts and industry interface... during the same
period as reading is my hobby i'll read as much as i can
about people their body language their state of mind
and anything that i can do to help any one around the
world and none the less my other fav subject human
psychology which is definitely gonna help as well
so thats how its gonna be i know thats a long term plan
as of yet but i've it quite clear in my thought process

That's great Saurabh. You are most welcome, as I would like to be called Siva. I think Having an MBA is a great qualification. Yes, as you said some corporate experience will add value. Have you though about why 5yrs....why not 2yrs....to start...??? how serious are you about your hobby...? Would you like to take up reading into a serious business rather then keeping it a hobby....? are you planning to do any course on Psychology..? what areas of psychology would you like to specialise..? help anyone around.....would you like to think about this "anyone"...? are you interested in dealing with any special group of people....? how are you going to helo anyone around....?
You need no answer all these questions to me....but think and answer for yourself. More the the number of positive questions you ask more the focus you will become and clear on what you want in life.
Wish you all the best Saurabh.

Dear Siva,
The hobby of reading that i've cultivated over the years
is not just a hobby as such i've always loved to read anything
and everything i can get my hands on to i mean what i just said
and by that i mean even if i get some book thats out of bounds
for me but is either in English or Hindi i can be found reading
it.

About psychology its always been a craze for me i was practicing
it since i was 14 although i dint really know it was psychology and
now it happens with me that if i keep speaking to a person
for a while i can usually tell how a person is gonna react on a
situation under given circumstances i would definitely love to
go ahead with some courses on psychology coz its gonna help
me with both my HR Man career as well as Trainer.

about dealing with the word anyone you read it as anyone
in the world would have read it and it means as it is written in
any dictionary I'm always up to help anyone whom i can feel
needs help. Everyone in this world wants money even i want
alot of it but when i say of anyone that is not bound by the
limits of money or class or age or status.

i dint get the last question of urs.

I know i dint really need to answer these questions
but i wanted to because after sharing this with a like
mind i know i can get to improve on the answers where
you deem correct.

Cares,
Saurabh.
