We often land in situations when people push us to a corner waiting for us to say sorry.If there is a real problem why should we hesitate to apologize ? What makes people say sorry that leaves the hurt person still dissatisfied?
And... saying No is very difficult for some of us.How should we do it ? Is there a step by step path ?
