I have been assigned task of finalising the hierarchies and titles for a start up company in the education sector in India.
I would appreicate if you could share:
1. Real examples of no. of levels and titles being used in Companies of Education sector (like NIIT, Educomp, Learn today etc or other similar cos)
2. Some info about the methodology they use while creating hierarchies. Do they go by Hay Job Evaluation.
Also I would like to be networked with HR professional working in Education Sector.
