Dear kaneage,
In regards to Pf & ESIC following are the activaties which HR Executive need to perform.
1. Filling the PF & ESIC forms ( along with family photographs)of those who are eligible.
2. Submit the forms to respective depts.
3. For PF-Give the PF number to employees, Submit the necessary statement such as Form 5, Form 10, PF challans on a monthly basis.
4.For ESIC-Do the followup with ESIC dept for ESIC Permanent cards, help employee to locate the nearest ESIC doctor if it is required by the employee. Also submit the ESIC challns on a monthly basis.
5.Submit the PF claim forms duly signed by authorised signatory after employee resigns.
6.Sumbit the half yearly returns for ESIC and Yearly returns for PF.
Above are some major activaties HR executive need to perform.

Above your clarification good, but u should add these responsibilities also
every month u should submit form 12A (monthly return along with truplicate copy of challan) to PF Department
if company have more then 350 employees ESI Treated as a major employer. Every major employee have to submit monthly returns (challan copy) to esi local office and esi regional office major employer cell.

the PF contribution is required to be deposited to the bank by way of challan within 15th of the following month and ESI contribution by 21st. You need to submit a copy of the received PF challan with form 12AR alongwith form 5 and 10 to the PF Office by 25th.
