Hi Friends, I have joined a company as an sr executive HR one month before when one HR was gone from the company. After some time what happend the chairman came from Japan, terminated COO and recruited the previous HR again. But the chairment conducted a meeting told in the meeting that you must be absorbed here in our company as an executive because of your good performance during this short tenure. But one thing is that one operation manager who came from USA has tried to suppress me and harassed me by asking unessary questions like I have you given these paper to chairman. I told I don't. But he told me you have given, and nobody. In that way i don't know what i do. Can any guide me how to protect my employement from that person? I am afraid that he could make a conspiracy against me. Please guide me ASAP. Regards, Ajay

Mr. Ajay, Send a simple email to the Operations Manager dening that you have given any paper to Chairman and mention in the email that this is an attempt from your side to clear yourself from the misunderstanding he has. You can also mark copy of this email to Chairman and can request him to intervene to get rid of this misunderstanding. This is only a suggestion. Afterall you are the best judge of your office environment, pepole, office politics and possible reactions and outcome, in case you do as suggested. Regards,

Hi Ajay, I think some one among u, has done this. So, As a dignified Person and professional that too in Human Resource. Wherein credibility, faith and word of mouth are the key attributes of Human Resource. If some one dos'nt take your work and word. I think you should be very clear about it, its a type of blame, today its small to marrow it may be even big. So, be very clear.

Ajay, I could understood your probelm that what's going on with you and your operation Manager... First you should find why he was acting like this? Think about in another way.. while he was in USA,someone might have a very good relation ship with him and talking over phone on day to day activities Including your mistakes as well. Thats why he has panished you here... Any way you forget you all the past... You do one thing... When he is alone. you go and talk personally and ask him to explain your problem that's the only solution you can stay with them.. or else if you depend on your skills, you should cover all the employees under your control then he will automaticlly come to your end and think about your dedication.

Ajay..... I would say something very simple. Let the person's name be "X" who is harrashing you. Tell you what..?You will find lot of X in your professional career. Do not get affraid....This is a good exposure and this is not the last company you are working for....this will make you learn how to manage the TOP and the BOTTOM. You can't just avoid these situations.. I would suggest you to find out a solution for yourself with a positive spirit. Best regards, PP
