Hi,
I am looking for an advise from my seniors. I am working as senior manger - HR and Admin. I have 2 members junior to me in HR, one as technical recruiter and another as HR generalist, three members in Admin one Manager - Admin, one receotionist and an office boy.
Though I am the process owner of HR but have never been reviewed for my work by my seniors. Though I am able to guide other employees of my company how to conduct a performance appraisal and they have been successfully doing the same. But now I have to conduct the review of my juniors specially in HR (of technical recruiter).
Our company is into software development and recruitment is not a full time job where we have any targets set for recuitment.
Can any of the seniors in HR guide me how to conduct the appraisal of technical recruiter.
Please treat this as most urgent.
