How bonus will be calculated if the salary of the employee exceeds Rs.10000/- and profit is also there in company. Kindly suggest the basis which can be taken for arriving at the bonus/profit linked incentive payble to an employee.

Dear Member
Greetings.
When there is a profit also, there is no need to issue bonus for employees who draw salary more than 10K. But by the discretion of the management, the management disburse the bonus as ex-gratia.
