I am thinking of joining a company. Many people say that this company has been listed as a fake company that provides false certificates. And this company has been listed in NASSCOM as a fraudulant company. How can I be sure this is not a rumour ? Does NASSCOM have a listing of such fraudulant companies ?. or is this information wrong.
Is there any registry mantained of companies that are blacklisted in India for providing fake certificates.
