I am having some in this attached file.
1. what is bal variables
2. suppose gross salary is 15000, and 12% pf deduction from employee's account will be 7500*12% = 900. whereas in attached file it is showing 780.
So pls clear my doubts.
Note : 6500 (pf will be 780 of employee side / 239 of employer side and 541 for bonus. Similarly basic 7500 will be 900 of employee side / 359pf from employer side and 541 for bonus)
